The video is intermediate level intended for people who have had one-to-one instruction at beginner level from their NRH treating Physiotherapist and have had time to consolidate learning through practice via the Physiotherapist-led online Pilates classes. It affords those people the opportunity to continue to benefit from the exercise routine by working on their own with this video as a guide following discharge from the ‘live class’.
