Novel Staff Orientation in our New Hospital Building

The hospital’s ‘New Ways of Working in Our New NRH’ group has organised an Orientation Treasure Hunt to aid teams in becoming familiar with the various locations in our new hospital building.
The upcoming event will be a great way for all staff to orientate our way around and familiarise ourselves with our new surroundings in an enjoyable way, whilst taking some time out of our busy schedules to engage with our new or existing Interdisiplinary Team colleagues after the move to the new units.
Some Departments and Services will remain based in the original hospital building pending the completion of the second phase of the NRH redevelopment project, however, whether both staff who have moved to the new building or are staying in an existing location, it is vital that we are all familiar with the new building and therefore all staff are invited to participate over a number of days and sessions to accommodation social distancing measures.
We appreciate the ongoing support and goodwill of all staff in their endeavours to ensure we have had a successful transition to the New Hospital and we are mindful of the need to balance staff wellness given the current COVID-19 crisis and the level of unprecedented changes in moving to new ways of delivering our services.
