Occupational Therapy Student Education
The Occupational Therapy Department in NRH is committed to taking 24 students on placement each year from three Irish Universities:
- Trinity College Dublin
- University of Limerick
- National University of Ireland, Galway.
Due to our commitment to these universities, our capacity to take other students is very limited.
The NRH runs an Interdisciplinary Careers Event in January each year which incorporates all aspects of working as an Occupational Therapist in the National Rehabilitation Hospital, as well as providing an opportunity to learn about Occupational Therapy from the patient and student perspective.
